We only collect information necessary to fulfill taxi bookings and callbacks:
- Contact Information: Phone numbers entered via callback forms or booking fields.
- Trip Data: Pickup dates, times, travel locations, and requested vehicle categories.
- Communication Records: WhatsApp templates or messages sent when verifying pricing or booking confirmations.
We do not sell, trade, or distribute your private contact logs to external marketing networks. We share details solely to process passenger transport:
- Allocated Drivers: Share name and telephone numbers to manage pickup coordinates.
- Vendor Partners (B2B): Coordinate route pricing in our confidential booking console.
- Legal Compliance: Comply with directives from Gujarat transit boards or highway security agencies.
All telephone entries and booking lists are stored in encrypted environments. Only authorized logistics dispatchers can access files to execute active trips. Historical trip details are archived securely after 90 days.
